Southwestern Ontario: Finley. Manitoba: Toews. Saskatchewan: Skelton. Edmonton: Ambrose and Rajotte. Calgary: Harper and Kenney. Rural Alberta: Mills and Solberg. British Columbia: Day, Hill, Moore, Strahl.
