U.S., U.N., the world (supplement)

Two postscripts: After the Rwandan genocide and the civil war in Yugoslavia, the U.N. set up a war crimes tribunal to indict and prosecute war criminals from Bosnia, Croatia, Kosovo, Rwanda and Serbia. This morning, Associated Press reported that the European Union suspended talks with Serbia on establishing closer ties, because Belgrade has failed to deliver fugitive Gen. Ratko Mladic to the UN war crimes tribunal.
